The Impact of Democracy in Texas

Democrats have long been dreaming about turning Texas purple. The state's rising Latino population, plus an influx of liberals and moderates into Texas' big cities, would allow Democrats to win statewide races for the first time in decades. Despite years of predictions and hopes, Democratic victories in Texas have not  looked any closer to reality. “In 2014, Wendy Davis was supposed to have a shot at winning the governor's race”.This year has brought a new Democratic hope: Beto O'Rourke, a member of the House who's trying to win Ted Cruz's Senate seat. I would like to say that I agree with the author as he mentioned in the article. The main thing is they need to take the pool serious! it’s consistent with other evidence indicating that Texans, like most Americans, upset with president Trump. When Trump win in 2016, it was only by 9 percentage, this is when Hillary Clinton lost.  In conclusion, the main thing is not to overreact to the poll, because is not the only poll. At this point, though, there is a mountain of evidence that Trump’s unpopularity is going to make for some exciting campaigns in surprising places this year. Maybe, at long last, Texas will be one of those places. However, Trump’s scandals did not affect the result on the election. In conclusion, the main thing is not to overreact to the poll, because is not the only poll. Maybe, at long last, Texas will be one of those places. at the end of the political game what people have agreed on will happen if they were against trump trump wouldn't have won the elections with majority votes. In my opinion people votes speaks what the majority wanted because if they all wanted to hillary to win she’d have won as simple as this.
